What a better way to spend a hot afternoon than to get to the 55 (terrible traffic) and to go to the Irvine Ranch Historic Park. The park is a 16.5 acre property where former main residence is converted into a library. Not a busy place where rusting farm equipment are left in disrepair.

The surf is flat and underwhelming. Saturday is overcast all morning and my shots came out with little contrast. I got better light the next day when the sun came out around 10 AM. I had to shell out $15 parking on Sunday since I wasn't early enough to get to the cheap spots.
